Flasktext: St. Peter's Brewery is located in a medieval Hall at St. Peter South Elmham in a remote and beautiful corner of Suffolk. There our beers begin their lives deep below the brewery itself with water drawn from a pure source - as it has been for over 700 years. Pure water, purified by its passage through the underlying chalk strata is essential for the full flavour and pure character of all St. Peter's beers.
Locally malted barley and Kentish hops are carefully selected and brewed with skill and patience in one of the country's finest small breweries to produce beers of the highest possible quality.

Omdöme: Engelsk ale med lite annorlunda karaktär där malten spelar första fiolen. Eftersmaken smakar säd, tänk dammigt sädesupplag, med en lite fadd beska som dock inte alls är otrevlig. Kroppen är fruktig och relativt lätt. |
